Design Notes

All coding sequences and regulatory elements were optimized for overexpression in E. coli. This construct may be assembled with other parts of the anthocyanin biosynthesis pathway. The contruct is under the control of a T7 promoter inducible by the addition of IPTG in the E. coli BL21(DE3) strain.
